This delicious Italian Salami with pistachio is one of the many types of Italian salami in our range. The pistachios are mixed throughout the meat, so you can see whole pieces of pistachio. The sausages are hand-filled into a non-edible casing.

Shelf life of dry sausages
The dry sausages have a long shelf life because they are vacuum-packed. A minimum of 1 month, and for our own production, a minimum of 4 months. Tightly sealed boxes can be stored in refrigeration at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. This keeps the sausages nice and soft.
