These sausages are made with an eye for tradition, taste, and origin. Sausage maker Andrea brings craftsmanship and a love for the trade together in every sausage.
For the Italian sausages, we use Suino pesante: heavy pigs that grow slowly and ensure a beautiful texture, characterful taste, and the right ratio between meat and fat.
The panera also plays an important role in the story. This traditional ingredient gives the sausages their recognizable, rich taste and connects the recipe with Italian regional cuisine.
