Shelf life of dry cured sausages
The dry cured sausages have a long shelf life because they are vacuum-packed. A minimum of 1 month, and for our own production, a minimum of 4 months. Tightly sealed boxes can be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees. This keeps the sausages nice and soft.
