This delicious Italian Salami with hazelnuts is one of the many types of Italian salami in our range. The hazelnuts are mixed throughout the meat, so you can see whole pieces of hazelnut. The sausages are hand-filled into a non-edible casing.

Shelf life of dry sausages
Dry sausages have a long shelf life because they are vacuum-packed. A minimum of 1 month and for our own production, a minimum of 4 months. Tightly sealed boxes can be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. This keeps the sausages nice and soft.
