This authentic Italian Salami 'Traditionale' has been a success for generations. This salami has a natural flavor and a dash of wine for the typical Italian taste. The sausages are hand-filled into a non-edible casing.

Shelf life of dry sausages
The dry sausages have a long shelf life because they are vacuum-packed. A minimum of 1 month, and a minimum of 4 months for our own production. Very tightly sealed boxes can be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees. This keeps the sausages nice and soft.
