Shelf life of dry sausages
The dry sausages have a long shelf life because they are vacuum packed. At least 1 month, and with own production at least 4 months. Tightly sealed boxes can be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees. This keeps the sausages nice and soft.
